Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Director (Voluntary Board Role)

Help make football in Cornwall more inclusive, accessible and representative of every community.

Cornwall FA is seeking a passionate and experienced Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Director to join its Board and play a key role in shaping the future of grassroots football across the county. This voluntary position offers the opportunity to influence strategy, champion inclusion, and ensure football remains welcoming and accessible to all. 

Working closely with the Board, staff team and Inclusion Advisory Group (IAG), the successful candidate will help drive Cornwall FA's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion agenda, engage with underrepresented communities, and support the development of innovative initiatives that broaden participation in the game. 

This role would suit an individual with expertise in equality, diversity and inclusion, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for creating positive change through sport and community development. The Director will provide strategic oversight, constructive challenge and leadership to help ensure football in Cornwall reflects and serves the diverse communities it represents.
