The Role

Football Development Officer (Women & Girls)

Salary: Circa £24,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week. Some evening and weekend working required.
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Hybrid working, including the County FA Office (Green Lane Playing Fields, Green Lane, Devizes, SN10 5EP), home working, and travel to various locations across the county, including occasional overnight stays.

The Opportunity

Wiltshire FA is seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Football Development Officer (Women & Girls) to join its Development Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the organisation at a pivotal time, following the launch of its new grassroots football strategy for the county.

The successful candidate will play a leading role in driving the continued growth of female football participation across Wiltshire. The position will focus on expanding both affiliated and recreational playing opportunities, while also supporting the growth and development of the county's Female Coaches Community.

Working closely with internal colleagues, leagues, clubs and national partners, the Football Development Officer will help deliver key strategic objectives and contribute to the ongoing development of grassroots football across the county. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organisation committed to making a positive and lasting impact on the local game.
