The Role
Football Development Officer (Disability Pathway)
Location: Oaklands Park Stadium, Almondsbury, Bristol, BS32 4AG
Role Type: Permanent
Work Type: Hybrid flexible working available following successful completion of the probation period
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Some evening and weekend working will be required
Salary: £26,000
Closing Date: Midday, Wednesday 30 September 2026
Interview Date: Thursday 15 October 2026
Gloucestershire FA is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to lead and deliver their Disability Football Plan across Gloucestershire.
The successful candidate will help grow disability football participation through club development, community programmes and competition, while working with key partners to tackle inequalities and create more inclusive opportunities across the county.
