Sussex FA are seeking to recruit a Facility Manager to take the lead in ensuring operational excellence at the GoCardless Stadium, Culver Road, Lancing.
The Facility Manager will ensure the stadium is maintained as a vibrant, safe, and welcoming hub for football and wider community engagement, serving users from across Sussex. In addition, the role will play a key part in supporting the delivery of the Grassroots Football Strategy, helping to strengthen the future of the game at every level.
The role is responsible for creating a first-class football environment for all users and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including Lancing FC, grassroots clubs, leagues, schools and local residents. The Facility Manager will lead facility improvement projects, including upgrades, refurbishments, and long-term capital planning.
To join the team and be successful, the individual must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the role on offer and how their expertise and experience will enable them to meet the essential and desirable criteria within the role. See the attached recruitment pack for further details.
The successful applicant will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

The role involves working 35 hours per week, including evening and weekend work as required.
The salary range for the position is £30,000 to £34,000. The position offers 20 days leave per annum (plus public holidays, birthday and additional Christmas leave) and is subject to a 3-month probationary period.
