Football Development Co-ordinator
Applications are invited for the position of Football Development Co-ordinator, a part-time role supporting the delivery of The FA's four-year strategy across Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Football Development Manager and collaborate with the Coaching Lead, the wider Oxfordshire FA team, the football family, and key stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives: Open Play, Fair Play, Team Play, and Safe Play.
Location: This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work from the Oxfordshire FA offices in Bicester, from home, and across the county.
Salary: £13,000 per annum
Hours: 19 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with occasional evening and weekend work as required).
Contract: Part-time, permanent.
