Leicestershire & Rutland County FA (LRCFA) is inviting applications for the role of Discrimination Support Officer. We are looking to hire multiple individuals that can form a support network for those that report allegations of discrimination, by offering bespoke support throughout the County FA's Disciplinary Process. The role is designed to support those involved in incidents of discrimination in grassroots football and help to provide better insight into the reporting of allegations. The role has no fixed hours, hours will be assigned when required.

About the Role:

• You will support on all aspects relating to discipline, with a particular focus on reports of discrimination that are received.
• You will contact victims to provide support and gather witness information, to inform the disciplinary investigation in a timely manner.
• You will educate the grassroots community on discrimination in football and the importance of reporting.
