Hertfordshire FA have a vacancy for a part-time Volunteer Coordinator (Female Growth)

Our offices are based in Letchworth, at The County Ground, and consist of a new 3G stadia pitch, comfortable office space with onsite Café services. We are also within walking distance of Letchworth Town Centre and train station.
Position: Volunteer Coordinator (Female Growth)
Contract Type: Fixed Term until June 2028
Hours: 18 hours per week
Salary: £15,000 PA
Based: Hertfordshire FA, Letchworth (with Hybrid working available)
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible to hold this role at Hertfordshire FA
This position reports directly to the Head of Football Development and Investment, supporting delivery of The FA Grassroots Football Strategy, the Hertfordshire FA Operational Plan and working to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met.
The successful candidate will support our England Accredited Clubs to develop volunteer plans, connect females into volunteer roles across the club and raise awareness and boost opportunities for females in volunteer roles within football. This will connect support into our Thriving Clubs. This will primarily be through co-ordinating a volunteer workforce to increase opportunities, whilst also working with colleagues to influence other areas including diversity, volunteer development, behaviours and safeguarding to ensure the local grassroots game offers a safe and inclusive environment for volunteers and participants.
It is of high importance the successful candidate communicates clearly, provides excellent customer service and ensures safeguarding is of paramount consideration whilst undertaking all aspects of their role.
