Hertfordshire FA is seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and proactive individuals who are eager to make a positive contribution to the governance of grassroots football in Hertfordshire.
As part of this recruitment, the organisation is looking for an individual to join its Board of Directors, bringing experience and skills that will benefit the Association. In particular, they are seeking someone who can support and develop the Commercial capabilities of the organisation.
Candidates should be passionate individuals from a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to help guide and drive the Association's work.
Recruitment for this voluntary role will be based on both the technical ability to fulfil the role and key behavioural competencies, as well as alignment with the organisation's values of Honesty, Efficiency, Respect, Teamwork, Trust, and Honesty.
This is a voluntary role, although reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
