What is the role?

Hampshire FA are looking for someone to lead the development of female football in Hampshire. This involves growing participation across youth and adult affiliated football, managing recreational football initiatives and ensuring equal opportunities for women & girls to play.

Salary: £26,000 Per Annum 
Contract: FT Sep 2025 - Jun 2028

What will you do?

• You will support leagues and clubs to improve female football provision.
• You will drive the development of FA Programmes including Wildcats and Squad.
• You will manage the relationship with local Barclays Girls Football School Partnership leads.
• You will coordinate delivery of the talent pathway for women and girls' football in the county.
• You will ensure female football in Hampshire is safe, fun and inclusive.
