What is the role?

Hampshire FA are looking for someone to lead the development of coaches in Hampshire. Directly develop grassroots coaches through a package of education and support whilst empowering 2 & 3-star England Football Accredited Clubs to provide their own bespoke coach development programmes.

Contract: Full Time - December 2025 - June 2028
