As the home of grassroots football in the County, the Association is committed to providing opportunities for all communities to participate in football activities. It is responsible for supporting the grassroots game and developing more participation opportunities for players, coaches, match officials, and football volunteers.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader, proficient in good governance, and able to bring the best out of a diverse and committed Board.

An accomplished relationship builder, the Chair will support the County in servicing and supporting the game at the local level, working in partnership with a diverse array of stakeholders across the community. They will have the ability to support a modern and effective organisation through the current FA Grassroots Football Strategy and beyond, ensuring a positive long-term future for the Association and the local game.
