The Role

Applications are now open for the voluntary position of Chair of the Inclusion Advisory Group (IAG), a pivotal role that will help shape the future of inclusive football across Essex.

The appointed Chair will lead the IAG in supporting the Essex County FA's equality, diversity, and inclusion objectives. In addition, they will be co-opted onto the Essex County FA Council as a full member. This dual responsibility presents a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions and ensure that football in Essex remains welcoming and accessible to all. The recruitment window closes on Sunday 26th October.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of grassroots football in Essex, along with significant knowledge or experience in equality matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about inclusion to make a meaningful impact on the local game.
