We are looking for a data-driven, fan-focused CRM Campaign Executive to support the delivery of The FA's engagement and acquisition strategies across our core properties: England Teams, the FA Cups, and Wembley Stadium.
With record levels of fan engagement, recent tournament success, and a home EUROs approaching, this is a fantastic time to join us. As we begin a major digital transformation, including investment in a new multi-channel orchestration tool and Customer Data Platform (CDP), you will play an important role in delivering personalised, insight-led campaigns that attract and retain fans.
This role offers hybrid working, with two days per week based at Wembley Stadium.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the campaign and acquisition calendar across key brands including the England Men's and Women's teams, the Emirates FA Cup, the Adobe Women's FA Cup, and Wembley Stadium.
- Lead CRM activity for major tournaments (such as the FIFA World Cup 2026), using key moments to build fan relationships and grow the database.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver multi-channel content (email, push notifications, and in-app messaging), ensuring a consistent fan-first tone of voice.
- Use tools such as Movable Ink and Marigold to enhance content through personalisation and gamification.
- Develop ideas to increase fan registrations and app adoption across our brands.
- Support the Senior CRM Manager in developing the new England fan proposition, including lifecycle journeys, competitions, and agency fulfilment.
- Assist in creating and optimising automated CRM journeys that streamline manual processes and improve efficiency.
- Use the Customer Data Platform to build segments, trigger communications, and test performance to improve engagement.
- Work with the Commercial Partnerships team to align partner messaging with our audience in a creative and meaningful way.
- Ensure all CRM activity complies with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Support other digital engagement or CRM projects as needed in line with business priorities.
What You Will Bring
- Experience planning and delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app).
- Proficiency with CRM orchestration platforms such as Braze, Adobe Campaign, or Bloomreach.
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to tailor messaging across channels.
- Experience designing and managing automated CRM journeys.
- Confidence in campaign analysis and reporting.
- A strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting using data.
- Creativity and a proactive mindset for audience acquisition and engagement.
- An innovative approach to content personalisation and email design.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- A background in sports marketing or fan engagement.
- Experience using Marigold or Movable Ink.
- Hands-on experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
- Familiarity with loyalty or membership programmes.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Design skills using tools such as Photoshop or Canva.
- A genuine interest in sport (not limited to football).
