A newly created opportunity has just arisen for a data-driven, fan-first CRM Campaign Executive to support the delivery of the engagement, lifecycle, and acquisition strategy for the new England Football fan membership proposition.
This is a pivotal moment for both England Football and CRM at The FA, as we invest in a digital transformation, including a new multi-channel orchestration tool and Customer Data Platform (CDP).
With record-breaking levels of fan engagement, major tournament success, and a home EUROs on the horizon, this role plays a key part in growing the membership base and maximising fan value through targeted, personalised communications.
This role is hybrid, with two days per week based at Wembley Stadium.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of membership communications, with a focus on enhanced personalisation, message frequency, and targeting.
- Create automated lifecycle journeys across email and app channels, driving upgrades, merchandise purchases, partner offers, and long-term engagement.
- Use the membership platform to manage the loyalty rewards ecosystem, including actions based on purchases, tenure, content engagement, surveys, and enriched member data.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to curate relevant content for various membership tiers, distributed through email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Work cross-functionally with key teams, including Partnerships, to deliver and develop value-added member benefits.
- Use tools such as Movable Ink and Marigold to bring creativity, gamification, and dynamic personalisation to campaigns.
- Use the Customer Data Platform to segment audiences, automate journeys, run A/B tests, and deliver insight-driven campaigns that optimise fan engagement.
- Track and report on key campaign KPIs, drawing strategic insights and recommendations to inform future activity.
- Ensure all data capture and usage complies with GDPR and FA policies, maintaining the highest governance standards.
What You Will Bring
- Experience delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app) to diverse audiences.
- Experience using a CRM orchestration platform such as Braze, Bloomreach, or Adobe Campaign.
- Experience working with loyalty or membership programmes.
- Strong copywriting skills across multiple digital touchpoints.
- Experience designing and building automated journeys using behavioural and lifecycle triggers.
- Experience with post-campaign analysis, reporting, and optimisation.
- Proven ability to segment audiences and use data to inform strategy.
- A creative and innovative approach to email design and personalisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a high attention to detail.
- A proactive, communicative, and supportive approach to teamwork.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience in sports marketing or the wider entertainment sector.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Hands-on experience with membership or loyalty platforms.
- Experience using Movable Ink or Marigold.
- Design skills (e.g. Photoshop or Canva).
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- A passion for sport (not limited to football).

Currently, we are working within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. We will continue to monitor this model, and it may be adjusted in future if deemed necessary.
