Job Title: People Development Manager  

Location: Cornwall FA HQ, Kernow House, Callywith Gate, Bodmin, Cornwall, PL31 2RQ and county- wide (with hybrid working arrangements)

Reports to: CEO

Direct Reports: Football Development Officers, Referee Engagement Officer, Designated Safeguarding Officer, Disciplinary Officer.

Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours/week), with evening and weekend work as required

Salary: £30,000 - £38,140

Working Arrangements: Hybrid and flexible working including travel across Cornwall an expectation of working countywide and additional travel to other locations and/or with overnight stays nationwide.

The People Development Manager is responsible for leading and integrating Cornwall FA's football growth, people development and conduct strategies. This role combines the responsibilities of football development, including participation and safeguarding with people development across the football workforce (staff, referees, coaches, volunteers, and board members). The postholder will ensure alignment with Cornwall FA's strategic objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and excellence.
