Cornwall FA Launches Recruitment for Key Roles in Exciting Next Phase of Development
Cornwall FA is entering an exciting new chapter as we continue to strengthen the support we provide to clubs, leagues, coaches, referees, volunteers and players across the county. Over recent months, we have been undertaking a full review of our structure to ensure our team is aligned to the needs of the football community, both now and in the years ahead.
This work has helped us identify where we can grow, where we can improve, and where additional capacity will make the biggest difference. The result is a refreshed organisational structure designed to enhance the services we deliver, increase our visibility across Cornwall and ensure we are best placed to support the game at every level.
A Positive Step Forward for Football in Cornwall
This realignment is about strengthening our foundations and investing in the areas that matter most to the football community. It reflects our commitment to:
- Providing high‑quality support to clubs and leagues
- Enhancing coach and player development pathways
- Support and develop our referee workforce
- Building strong partnerships that reinvest into grassroots football
- Ensuring our staff team has the right skills, capacity and focus to deliver meaningful impact
We are proud of the progress made so far and even more excited about what comes next.
