Cambridgeshire FA has a vacancy for the following full-time (37.5 hours per week) position:
Referee Development and Competitions Officer
Location: The role is based at Cambridgeshire FA HQ, Bridge Road, Impington, Cambridgeshire, CB24 9PH.
Cambridgeshire FA are currently operating a flexible hybrid working model, with staff splitting their time between site based and home working. The organisation believes this maintains the benefits of home working, while allowing for collaboration, interaction, and business functions.
The role includes some evening and weekend hours.

Referee Development and Competitions Officer
Salary: £26,000
The Referee Development and Competitions Officer will support delivery of the Cambridgeshire Football Association 2024-28 Strategy and The FA Grassroots Football Strategy. They are looking for a pro-active self-starter to work within the competitions and clubs team. This is a great opportunity to support referees and referee workforce, enabling them to grow, develop, and progress. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a team and have excellent people and communication skills.
